C’est dans la salle Ngwete de l’Instance de coordination Nationale (ICN-RDC)<\/strong> que s’est tenue le 28 f\u00e9vrier 2024 une activit\u00e9 de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile sur le Genre car Le Fonds mondial repr\u00e9sente une approche novatrice de financement international de la sant\u00e9. Il fonctionne en partenariat avec les gouvernements, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, le secteur priv\u00e9 (entreprises et fondations) et les communaut\u00e9s touch\u00e9es par les maladies.

Un processus de renouvellement des membres au CCM a \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9 par le Comit\u00e9 d\u2019Organisation et de Supervision des Elections (COSE) avec l\u2019appui des Consultants international et National s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s depuis le mois de janvier 2022 et a abouti \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lection\/d\u00e9signation des nouveaux membres selon les composantes, dont la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, lesquels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s au cours d\u2019une assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale
extraordinaire.

Parmi les faiblesses identifi\u00e9es dans l\u2019ancienne composition des membres du CCM RDC figure la faible repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 des femmes. Cette question reste pendante du fait que plusieurs r\u00e9flexions doivent \u00eatre
envisag\u00e9es pour y apporter des solutions ad\u00e9quates.

Comme pistes de solutions, le CCM, dans son plan de travail budg\u00e9tis\u00e9 trimestriel, a mis en place l\u2019organisation des r\u00e9unions de r\u00e9flexion et de d\u00e9veloppement des th\u00e9matiques sur les questions li\u00e9es au genre en vue de susciter une \u00e9mulation au sein de la gent f\u00e9minine et esp\u00e9rer ainsi augmenter le nombre de femmes dans les diff\u00e9rents sous-secteurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile lors des prochaines \u00e9ch\u00e9ances de renouvellement.

Sur 42 membres que compte le CCM, il n\u2019y a que 9 femmes, ce qui ne repr\u00e9sente que 21% (contre 26% du mandat pass\u00e9), une baisse significative donc.
