Il a un Secr\u00e9tariat Permanent (SP\/CCM) dont l\u2019organigramme est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 et quatre (4) Comit\u00e9s Techniques qui sont : le Comit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9laboration des propositions (CEP), le Comit\u00e9\n de suivi de contre parties financi\u00e8res et des aspects fiduciaires (CSCFAF), le comit\u00e9 de suivi strat\u00e9gique-strat\u00e9gique (CSS) et le Comit\u00e9 d’Ethique (CE).<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
